Handling Time

Once you place your order, our team gets right to work. We carefully prepare and pack your items within 1–2 business days. Each order is checked for quality before it leaves our hands — because your trust matters to us.

Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days anywhere within the UK.

Most of our parcels ship directly from our manufacturer or our warehouse in the Netherlands, depending on stock availability. Either way, we do everything possible to make sure your order arrives fast — typically within 4–5 business days in total from the time you place it.

Shipping Costs

We like to keep things simple and transparent:

  • Standard UK shipping is £8 per order.

  • Spend £100 or more, and your shipping is completely free.

No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout — just fast, reliable delivery straight to your door.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking info to update.

Delays or Issues

While we always aim for prompt delivery, sometimes couriers experience delays that are beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, just drop us a quick email at Support@kidnavi.co.uk — we’ll look into it right away and make sure it’s sorted.
