If an item shows signs of use or wear (e.g., fingerprints, scratches, or setup traces), a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, used or customer-damaged products cannot be accepted for return.
This includes items that have been worn, modified, or returned without original accessories or packaging.
3. Technical Issues or Product Faults (Warranty Policy)
All Kidnavi products come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your product stops working properly or arrives faulty:

Once verified, you will receive a prepaid return label or alternative instructions.
After inspection, if the product is confirmed to be faulty due to a manufacturing or technical defect, you will receive a full refund (including return shipping costs).
4. Step-by-Step Return Process
