Yes, a nano-SIM with a data plan is required for GPS, calling, and app connectivity. Most UK network SIMs are compatible.
2. What age is each watch suitable for?
KN24 suits ages 4–10, KN25 suits ages 5–12, and KN30/KN40 are designed for teens with more advanced features like AI Assistant Jarvis.
3. How long does the battery last?
With the 950mAh battery, a typical school day of normal use easily lasts, with charge to spare for after-school activities.
4. Is the watch waterproof?
Our watches are shock-resistant and water-resistant to IP67, suitable for rain, hand-washing, and everyday play — not for swimming.
5. What can my child do with the watch?
